We are a team of expert physiotherapists dedicated to providing specialist and personable physiotherapy directly to your door. We understand that for some, getting to a clinic is impossible and for others it is time consuming or inconvenient. That is why our “mobile clinic” has the knowledge, skills and all the equipment needed to help you achieve your goals. We can work in spaces of all sizes whether it is in a small bedroom, living room, conservatory or up flights of stairs, we can make it work for you.

Once you have reached out to us you will speak to one of our friendly co-ordinators. They will get to know you, discuss your goals and confirm which specialty of physiotherapy you need. They will discuss our booking process and match you with your expert physiotherapist in your area. Your physiotherapist will then contact you to schedule your initial appointment.

Yes of course, many clients have their physiotherapy appointments arranged by a friend, family or caregiver. We can discuss the booking process and receive all the details we need by email or on the phone. A credit card is stored on file so no payment is taken during appointments.

Home Physio Company and our team of expert physiotherapists are recognised by most insurance companies. Before we can schedule your initial physiotherapy appointment we will require some information about your insurer and your policy.
• For all our clients we store a valid credit or debit car
• Information about any excess on your policy.
• The number of sessions you have been authorised to have and when these need to be used by.
• Your membership number or policy number, your authorisation code for your physiotherapy treatment.

Expert Physiotherapists are considered First Contact Practitioners which means you do not need a referral. If your physiotherapist feels a consultant or GP input would be beneficial they will discuss this with you first and can help you make contact.
Your Physiotherapy Journey

Your initial appointment is 60 minutes long, this gives plenty of time for your physiotherapist to ask you some questions, complete a thorough assessment, prescribe a personalised exercise program and discuss your recommended treatment plan based on your goals.
After your initial assessment you can discuss with your physiotherapist whether you would benefit from a 45 minute or 60 minute follow-up appointment.

Home Physio Company maintains strong connections with general practitioners, consultants, and various healthcare experts. If necessary, your physiotherapist can direct you to the best-suited specialist for their expert assessment. We are committed to guaranteeing that you consistently receive the most effective treatment to facilitate your rehabilitation.

The number of physiotherapy sessions necessary varies based on the nature of your injury, your overall health, and your personal rehabilitation goals. After your first assessment, your expert physiotherapist will discuss your treatment plan and give you some guidance on how many appointments they think you would need and how long your recovery may take.
